All my images are printed by professional photographic laboratories to a very high standard. They use archival grade photographic paper that ensures the images will last for decades without fading. In the unlikely event you find a problem with the prints on receipt please let me know straight away. I will sort it out with the laboratory and ensure you get a replacement as quickly as possible.

I take great pride in my images and I want my customers to be entirely happy with them. Therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied with them just let me know. I will tell you how to return the prints to me and I will refund the whole of the purchase price (less post and packing).

I really hope you don't have to use this guarantee but, if you do, there are no "ifs and buts" or exclusions I will just give you your money back. I won't even ask to know why although, if you were able to tell me what the problem was, it would really help me improve my service.
